My laptop fell off a bench onto a linoleum floor yesterday and so far everything seems to be fine, except that the little USB receiver thing for my wireless mouse got totally busted and now the USB port it was plugged into doesn’t appear to work at all. I have AppleCare and made a Genius Bar appointment for Friday, so this should all be okay, right? Right? Kinda need two working USB ports. 

What kind of coffee shop turns off its internet from 11am-4pm on a Sunday to discourage loiterers when the only other people in the (two story, very roomy) place are a couple and a photographer doing an engagement photo shoot? I mean, I get that it’s bad business to let people to just sit around for hours but we ordered a full brunch and were just getting ready to start doing some work when we were like, “Where did the internet go?” 

They just opened the waterslide but I already changed out of my speedo and don’t really feel like standing in line with a bunch of 8-year-olds.
EDIT: The next time I come here I will be prepared for the opening of the waterslide and won’t change out of my bathing suit prematurely.
