Anyone else think this is officially the most tantalizingly gorgeous man ever to be seen on Gossip Girl and hope he sticks around in all his lecherous, darkly witty, impeccably dressed, you-will-respect-me-because-I-know-the-best-coke-dealer-in-the-city glory?

OMG Quinn! My roommate and I drooled so hard over his sketchy dealings on Dexter this past season…haven’t had a chance to watch last night’s episode but can’t wait to see what he does as a Bass.

I agree that he is so hot.  much hotter than sad Chuck or boring Rufus.
