Oh, mushroom lasagna (with chicken apple sausage). You are literally chilling in the refrigerator, covered in foil, waiting for the glorious hour tonight when you will go into the oven and emerge all brown and baked and delicious. I hope. Maybe I should have seasoned the béchamel a little bit better.
