The point here is: it should be up to a doctor (or nurse, or midwife, or whoever) to talk with each woman about what procedures are actually medically necessary in her specific situation so that the woman can decide how she wants to proceed.

It took at least five sips of coffee for me to wake up enough to realize that I had my sweater on backwards.
There is a zipper along the left shoulder and I have worn this sweater a lot over the past year, so I really should have known better. Like, as soon as I put it on backwards this morning.
